0800: Registration, teams assembly.
0915 Shotgun start
1330-1400 Tournament concludes
1400-1430 Awards presentation
Noon: Vendor move in and set up. The ballroom is on the 4th floor of the main tower building.
1500 Hotel Check in (Venue)
1600-2000ish: Conference attendee registration and credentialing in the hallway outside of the ballroom, 4th floor, tower building. Please have your agency ID. If you are unable to register during this time, there will also be registration Wednesday am starting at 0700.
1800-2100: Networking Center/Hospitality Room Opens. CONFERENCE CREDENTIALS REQUIRED. Step on up to the 4th floor of the tower building and pre-register. The Networking Center will be in the resort Lobby. The “Resort” is the lower building down closer to the water. WHIA will be hosting heavy appetizers and beverages. Click HERE to bring a plus 1.
What’s the deal with the emphasis on required credentials anyway? Well, even though we have booked all rooms in the hotel for this event, the casino venue is still open to the public. We will repeatedly ask you to have and wear your conference credentials whenever you are in the ballroom (you will be required to display them in order to enter), or in any of the hospitality events or comedy night. Please do not wear them when in the casino. We have actually had a number of unauthorized intrusions into the conference over the years. If you lose your credential, please contact a WHIA staff member to get a replacement. Thank you for your cooperation on this.
