Save the date for the 2027 Washington Homicide Investigators Association Annual Conference and Vendor Expo. We are returning again to the beautiful Clearwater Resort and Casino in Suquamish, WA. Actual presentation dates are May 5th – 7th. Charity golf tournament on Tuesday May 4th with conference preregistration and welcome hospitality Tuesday evening.
Venue hotel reservations are not yet open, check back. Vendor prospectus will also be released soon.

WHIA Executive Board changes
Join us in congratulating Det/Sgt. Brian Bylerley on his election to the position of President. Previous President Det/Sgt Mike Don has stepped down after serving 10 years as WHIA President. We wish Mike a happy retirement filled with the straightest of excavator-dug ditches, and the smoothest of RV driven roads.
President Byerley has appointed Det/Sgt. Stacy Moate, (WSP) to the position of Vice President to serve out the remaining term vacated by President Byerley.
Sgt. Jake Pavlovich has been reelected to the position of Treasurer.
