WHEN IS THE CONFERENCE? Tuesday, May 5th – Friday, May 8th, 2026. Actual presentation dates are Wednesday May 6th through Friday May 8th. Friday is a half day with presentations concluding around noon.
WHERE IS THE CONFERENCE? Clearwater Casino and Resort in Suquamish, WA
HOW MUCH IS THE CONFERENCE TUITION: $450. This includes some meals and hospitality events
IS THERE A GOLF TOURNAMENT? Yes, Tuesday morning May 5th, 9am at the White Horse Golf Club. Click HERE for the deets.
CAN I REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE AND THEN PAY LATER ONCE MY ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT PROCESSS THE PAYMENT? Yes. As long as you are reasonably certain you will get approval for the payment you may register and reserve your seat pending payment. Registration is HERE.
CAN YOU SEND ME AN INVOICE FOR THE TUITION? Yes. when you register you will automatically receive an invoice. If you do not receive one or you need another one you can get one HERE
CAN I DO A PARTIAL REGISTRATION/TUITION AND ONLY ATTEND ONE OR TWO SPECIFIC PRESENTATIONS? No, we do not permit partial registrations.
WILL THERE BE SHUTTLES BETWEEN THE OFF-PROPERTY HOTELS AND THE VENUE? Yes, see HERE.
ARE MEALS INCLUDED WITH TUITION? Yes, some of them. Here’s what you get: This price includes full conference attendance, all materials, 3 morning coffee/ beverages, 2 lunches and 3 evening hospitality events with snacks provided, and WHIA membership for calendar year 2026. Parking and off property hotel shuttles are free.
IF I REGISTER AND PAY, CAN I TRADE MY ATTENDANCE WITH SOMEONE ELSE IF I SUDDELY HAVE TO CANCEL?, LIKE FOR COURT OR OTHER SUDDEN ASSIGNMENT? Yes. Trades are permitted right up to the start of the conference HERE is our refund policy.
CAN MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER ATTEND THE HOSPITALITY EVENTS WITH ME? Yes, for a fee. Click HERE for details.
CAN MY SIGNNIFICANT OTHER ATTEND THE CONFERENCE PRESENTATIONS OR DURING-CONFERENCE MEALS WITH ME? No. Credentialed attendees only.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE? No. We are PNW casual.
ARE THERE RESTRICTIONS ON BEING ARMED? No. we request you to carry concealed (unless in uniform, of course) when outside the ballroom (especially in the bars and casino).
I’M ON THE WAIT LIST FOR A HOTEL ROOM AT THE VENUE. WHEN WILL I KNOW IF I GOT A ROOM? Generally we won’t know until closer to the conference (March/April) as that’s when schedules solidify. We recommend making arrangements that are flexible just in case.
