Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Heather Stone, Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney's Office
Heather Stone is a Senior Deputy of the Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. She has been practicing criminal law since 2009 and has been with Thurston County the entire time. Heather is currently the lead attorney on the general felony team and has previously served as the Drug Task Force Prosecutor, the District Court Lead Attorney, and the Drug Court DPA. A Pacific Northwest native, she returned to the area after graduating from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in Louisville, KY.
Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Beth McMullen, Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney's Office
Beth McMullen is a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney with the Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. She has been practicing law since 2012; for the last nine years, she has been with Thurston County. Currently, she carries a general felony caseload focusing on violent crimes. Her previous assignments include the Thurston County Narcotics Task Force, drug court, conviction review, and felony level domestic violence cases. Before joining the Thurston County Prosecutor’s Office, she worked in criminal law as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney. Originally from the East Coast, she moved to Western Washington after graduating from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, RI.
Sergeant Eric Henrichsen, Olympia Police Department
Sgt. Henrichsen has been with the Olympia Police Department for 13+ years. His assignments have included uniformed patrol (2013-2019), SWAT Operator (2015-2021), C.A.R.T (2017-Present), and General Detective (2019-2021). As a Detective, he was assigned primarily to major crimes cases but was also assigned this homicide case. This case was his only homicide as the primary investigator. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from Central Washington University.
