Hospitality Purchase for non-attendee spouse, sig other, or adult companion.
We are having hosted hospitality events Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. The Wednesday hospitality event is a comedy night with buffet and beverages. Be warned, seating at that event fills quickly.
ADMISSION IS FREE FOR CREDENTIALLED ATTENDEES, PRESENTERS and CERTAIN VENDORS (check contract). You are welcome to bring your adult “plus 1” to any of the hospitality events. Since food, and beverages especially, are not free, we have to charge a small fee. $30 will get your “plus 1” in to any one of the 3 hospitality events, or you can purchase all three for $75.
These can be purchased at the WHIA Swag table in the vendor Expo area or online, using the below buttons. Your companion will be issued a fashionable color coded bracelet.
Hospitality admission Tues May 6 for adult companion of attendee. $30
Hospitality/Comedy Night admission Wed May 7 for adult companion of attendee. $30
Hospitality admission Thu May 8 for adult companion of attendee. $30
Hospitality admission all 3 nights May 6, 7, and 8 adult companion of attendee. $75
Once you make your online purchase., Show the purchase receipt on your phone to a WHIA staff member and your companion will be issued a hospitality fashion bracelet.
