We suggest checking in Tuesday May 5th, 2026 and checking out Friday May 8th, 2026 as breakfast, registration and opening ceremonies start at 0700 on Wednesday. If you are golfing Tuesday morning in the WHIA Con charity golf tournament, then you may want to check in Monday May 4th. Actual conference presentation days May 6th, 7th and 8th (half day on Friday the 9th).
